Vermont Route 100C is a short state highway in northern Vermont, United States. It is a spur of VT 100 and extends from VT 15 in the village of Johnson to VT 100 in the town of Hyde Park.
Route 100C starts in downtown Johnson at an intersection with Route 15. It proceeds to the northeast, passing just east of Johnson State College, and crossing into Hyde Park shortly thereafter. Route 100C meets its parent and ends north of the village.
Route 100C mainly serves as a bypass of Routes 15 and 100, for traffic headed eastbound on Route 15 destined for Route 100 and the northern part of the state, or for traffic headed south on Route 100 destined for Route 15 and the western part of the state. Route 15 is a key connector to the city of Burlington from this area, as the nearest freeway serving the area, Interstate 89, is over 20 miles (32 km) away. Route 15 is also the main street of each town along the route, connecting to other important areas such as Smugglers' Notch (via Route 108), and St. Johnsbury (access to Interstate 91 via U.S. Route 2), making Route 100C a very useful connector to it from the north.
The entire route is in Lamoille County.
